Got immaculately clean double room with a balcony as expected, enjoyed it.

Everything was immaculate, including very amiable and extremely helpful staff at the service we received from several members of staff including the hotel manager and restaurant manager. The pool area was lovely and the location was ideal, just next door to taxis to salou was around £15 and taxis, the restaurant, and cambrils right outside. Also, Castle Vilafortuny was easy to reach.

No complains at all, we spent a brilliant time here. The breakfast was excellent for what was on offer, with pancakes, fish and beans. The room of this place was a nice size and brand-new on the balcony. The private parking was onsite, excellent service.
Views appeared to be very very bad.

I didn't feel like leaving and definitely coming here again. Generally, really enjoyed this beautifully kept accommodation with very attentive staff at the service I received from several members of staff including the hotel manager and restaurant manager. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to the sea, better than I ever had before. Omelette and bangers were good and overall there was plenty of food;)))

Clean, modern, spacious room with two double beds and a big terrace overlooking the pool. Beach less than 2 mins away. Excellent buffet lunch with a wide variety of food. Helpful staff and great customer service. Highly recommended for future stays.

Plenty of breakfast options available. Child-friendly entertainment and attentive lifeguards at the pool area. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Best. Location was excellent - worth visiting both Salou and Cambrils. DEFINITELY worth paying extra for a pool view room and the beds were very comfortable too. Hotel nice and clean and mini fridge defo a plus.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

People were stuck in lifts periodically for about 10 mins or so. I hope they have rectified this since. We were lucky not to have been stuck there.
